I'm using this to refinish the wood floors in a small room. I've found it very easy to handle. I have arthritis and was concerned that it would be painful to use. It only takes a very light grip to guide it. The dust collector also works better than I expected. I expect that I'll be using this in a few other rooms in the house.

I was very pleased with the way it handled and sands, I never relized how handy the variable speed was until my last orbital bit the dust and I had to borrow a single speed from a friend
to finish a job. This was my first Milwaukee but it won't be my last, I was very impressed.
